Description

The ES Motor GT3 RS Twin Turbo Kit represents the next evolution of performance for Porsche’s most focused driver’s car. Designed, engineered, and developed entirely in-house at ES Motor, this system transforms the naturally aspirated GT3 RS platform into an ultra-responsive twin-turbocharged machine while maintaining the precision, response, and character the GT3 RS is known for.

A key principle behind the system is that it is a fully reversible bolt-on package. The kit installs without any permanent modification to the vehicle — no drilling, no additional holes, and no chassis changes required. The entire system can be removed and returned completely back to factory specification, preserving the originality of the car.

Every component of the kit has been purpose-built to integrate seamlessly with the GT3 RS platform. From the ES custom V-band titanium X-pipe and bespoke turbo headers to the custom turbo oil lines and boost lines, the entire package has been engineered for reliability, efficiency, and maximum performance.

The system features Turbosmart 6466 turbochargers, paired with Turbosmart wastegates and blow-off valves, alongside ES chargecoolers and dedicated custom radiators mounted using precision-designed brackets for optimal thermal management. Airflow is delivered through an ES 3D-printed intake system, while fueling and knock protection are enhanced with an ES custom methanol injection system with a dedicated tank.

Control of the system is managed through a combination of the factory ECU together with a Syvecs OEX module, allowing advanced functionality while retaining OEM integration. The car is equipped with an ES custom wiring harness, Dodson clutch upgrade, ES bespoke ECU calibration, and ES custom PDK transmission tuning to ensure the drivetrain can reliably handle the increased performance.

Our advanced map-switch system gives the driver complete control over the car’s behaviour and performance. This includes:

• Boost-by-gear control
• Boost-by-RPM strategies
• Adjustable ignition timing across maps

This allows power delivery to be precisely tailored for different tracks, road conditions, and fuel qualities, ensuring the car can be optimised for any scenario.

On UK 99 RON pump fuel with methanol injection, the ES GT3 RS Twin Turbo system produces approximately 750–760 WHP (885–900 BHP) and 588 ft-lb of torque. Lower octane fuels are supported through map switching, with power levels capped appropriately to maintain engine safety.

The result is a GT3 RS that retains its raw motorsport DNA but now delivers extreme forced-induction performance, with a truly bespoke calibration that can be tailored precisely to the owner’s requirements.

Technical Specifications

Revolutionary Power Precision

Power is supplied by Gunther Werks’ air-cooled twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter flat-six engine, co-developed by Rothsport Racing. It produces 1,000 horsepower and 750 lb-ft of torque and connects to a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Keeping the engine cool is a race-derived flat fan, which provides more than double the volume of air than a standard vertical fan, but more significantly provides even cooling to all six cylinders. Additional upgrades include an all-new carbon fiber airbox, a redesigned intercooler plenum and integrated blowoff valves within the intake system. F-26 runs on high-octane ethanol with adaptive fuel mapping for standard high-octane gasoline. Lightweight carbon fiber charge pipes feed the engine with the charged air to ensure the best response for the turbos.
