Description

Elevated Performance. Factory-Level Integration.
The ES800 Package represents the next stage in the development of the Porsche 992.2 Turbo S.

Building upon our Stage 1 calibration, ES800 combines advanced powertrain recalibration with purpose-developed intake and exhaust hardware to unlock another level of performance — while retaining the refinement, drivability and integration expected from a factory-quality installation.

This is not simply a collection of performance modifications. Every element of ES800 has been developed to operate as part of one complete system – The result is a 965 BHP Stage 2 package with an OEM+ philosophy at its core (965 BHP | 820 WHP).

Our calibration encompasses the ECU, hybrid system and electrically assisted turbocharging system, ensuring each element of the powertrain is correctly synchronised at the increased performance level.

The focus extends far beyond achieving a headline power figure. Power delivery, boost management, hybrid assistance and electric turbo operation are carefully calibrated to work together, retaining the sophistication and usability that define the 992.2 Turbo S.

ES800 Performance Exhaust System
At the heart of the ES800 hardware package is our purpose-developed performance exhaust system.

Available in either decat or race-catted configurations, the system has been engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow and support the increased demands of the Stage 2 calibration.

Crucially, our exhaust retains full OEM exhaust valve control. This allows the vehicle to maintain its refined character when required, while delivering a significantly more purposeful sound and experience when the valves are open.

Manufactured to the highest standards, the ES800 exhaust system is available in a choice of stainless steel or titanium, allowing the specification to be tailored to the individual vehicle and customer.

ES800 High-Flow Intake System
The package also incorporates our custom-developed high-flow intake system, engineered specifically for the demands of the ES800 calibration.

The system has been designed to maximise available airflow and reduce restriction, allowing the turbocharging system to operate more efficiently at the increased power level.

Improved airflow contributes not only to outright power, but also to response and overall performance. Rather than treating the intake as an isolated modification, it has been developed as an integral component of the complete ES800 package, working alongside the exhaust system and bespoke calibration.

Precise Boost & Electric Turbo Management
One of the most important aspects of developing the ES800 package is the management of the 992.2 Turbo S’s advanced electrically assisted turbocharging system.

Simply increasing boost is not enough – Particular attention is paid to the relationship between requested boost, actual boost, electric turbo operation, engine management and hybrid assistance.

Our calibration strategy has been developed to maintain precise and controlled boost management, avoiding the overboost errors that can be prevalent on other modified 992.2 Turbo S vehicles.

These errors can result in fault conditions, inconsistent performance, drivability issues and unnecessary stress on the powertrain.

With ES800, the objective is to ensure the vehicle delivers its increased performance consistently and correctly, with the ECU, hybrid system and electric turbochargers operating together exactly as they should. This attention to integration is fundamental to our OEM+ approach.

Optional Multi-Fuel Map Switching
For customers requiring additional flexibility, map switching is available as an optional upgrade at additional cost.

This allows the ES800 calibration to accommodate different fuel grades or fuel levels, with dedicated calibration strategies developed for the selected fuels. Rather than relying on a single calibration across varying fuel qualities, the appropriate map can be selected to ensure the engine, hybrid system, electric turbochargers and boost control strategy remain correctly optimised for the fuel being used.

This is particularly beneficial for vehicles used across different markets or where access to the preferred fuel grade may vary.

Proven ES800 Performance
The capability of the package is demonstrated by its performance:

  • 0–60 mph — 1.8 seconds
  • 100–200 km/h — 4.5 seconds
  • ¼ Mile — 9.2 seconds @ 145 mph — Drag Strip
  • ¼ Mile — 9.6 seconds @ 145 mph — Road

These figures demonstrate the level of performance available from the ES800 package while retaining the fundamental qualities that make the 992.2 Turbo S such an accomplished road car.

Engineered as a Complete Package
The philosophy behind ES800 is simple: complete integration.

The ECU calibration, hybrid assistance, electric turbo operation, intake airflow and exhaust system are developed to complement one another as a single performance package.

Our objective isn’t simply to make the 992.2 Turbo S faster. It is to create a vehicle that delivers substantially greater performance while remaining composed, responsive and sophisticated – with every element of the hardware and software operating in harmony. The result is a car capable of 965 BHP, 1.8-second 0–60 mph performance and a 9.2-second quarter mile, yet one that retains the refinement and usability expected from Porsche’s flagship 911.

Performance figures are based on testing and may vary depending on vehicle specification, fuel quality, environmental conditions, road or track surface and testing methodology. Decat configurations may not be legal for road use in all markets.

Technical Specifications

Revolutionary Power Precision

Power is supplied by Gunther Werks’ air-cooled twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter flat-six engine, co-developed by Rothsport Racing. It produces 1,000 horsepower and 750 lb-ft of torque and connects to a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Keeping the engine cool is a race-derived flat fan, which provides more than double the volume of air than a standard vertical fan, but more significantly provides even cooling to all six cylinders. Additional upgrades include an all-new carbon fiber airbox, a redesigned intercooler plenum and integrated blowoff valves within the intake system. F-26 runs on high-octane ethanol with adaptive fuel mapping for standard high-octane gasoline. Lightweight carbon fiber charge pipes feed the engine with the charged air to ensure the best response for the turbos.
