- 3.9 Custom Engine Build: ES Pistons, ES Rods, Bearings, Head Port and polishing, all new chains. Blueprinted engine designed to make power reliably.
- Billet intake Manifold: ES Custom designed Intake manifold made from Billet Aluminium to ensure the best strength. Improved high flow design to ensure maximum power is achieved
- ESM Port Injection fuel system: ES Custom fuel system which allows secondary fuelling to be installed. 2 pumps, all new lines, filter, as well as billet rails and high flow ID injectors

This is the ultimate expression of ES Motor engineering — the ES1100 [Stage 5] Package. Built to deliver unmatched power while retaining precision, reliability, and control, it’s designed for drivers who demand nothing short of extraordinary performance.
At the heart of this package is our 3.9L custom engine build, featuring ES pistons, ES rods, upgraded bearings, precision head porting and polishing, all-new chains, and a fully blueprinted assembly. Every detail is crafted for maximum power delivery and long-term durability.
Airflow is perfected with our billet aluminium intake manifold, engineered for exceptional strength and improved high-flow performance. The ESM port injection fuel system ensures flawless fueling under extreme loads, with dual pumps, billet rails, high-flow ID injectors, and all-new lines and filters.
Cooling is managed by the CSF intercooler kit, while power is delivered through VTG hybrid turbochargers (choose between 900 base or 1200 base setups), paired with our ES intake kit and Dodson 9 plate clutch kit for uncompromising torque handling.
Exhaust flow is optimized with externally gated ES headers, an ES titanium exhaust, and Turbosmart blow-off valves. We’ve added our custom wastegate line kit, oil/water line kit, oil catch can, and methanol injection kit for ultimate efficiency and safety.
Control comes from a Syvecs OEX system with our own calibration, fully integrated with the stock ECU through a custom wiring harness and sensors, supported by NTK Lambda and 4-bar MAP sensors. Our in-house ES custom ECU and TCU tuning ensures that every component works in harmony.
