The 991.2 Turbo S is one of the best platforms we work on. Its 3.8-litre engine responds very well to tuning, and the car costs a fraction of a new Turbo S. That makes it the obvious starting point for a seriously fast 911 you can still use every day.
Our packages run from the ES650, an exhaust and custom ECU tune worth 740+BHP, through bolt-on VTG kits, to the ES1100 and ES1500 built-engine packages. A 991.2 Turbo S built by ESMotor has made 1,916BHP on the dyno. Every car is calibrated for its own fuel and use, and the bigger builds can carry switchable maps so you choose the power level.

About the ES650
The exhaust system is a bolt on part that works with the stock tips so visually looks standard. It increases the sound as well as enhancing power as well. This option is available with just the downpipes that can work with the stock sports exhaust system, or a full exhaust replacement. The full exhaust is available in both stainless steel and Titanium. Both options net the same power gains.

This Package utilises our Methanol injection kit and is full bolt on setup for the stock turbochargers
Methanol injection is a key ingredient in our higher power packages. Our kits utilize custom lines, all braided and protected against any methanol degradation. The custom tank is also in stainless steel, avoiding degradation from methanol storage. The kit injects directly into the Y Pipe, ensuring complete safety and no issues with parts degrading due to meth.

About the ES900GT
The ES900GT package is perfect for those looking to go for a bigger build later. It replaces the VTG turbocharger system and replaces it with GT Turbochargers. Power wise the stock motor limits it to the same as the ES900, however if planning for more power later, this is definitely the right choice as it saves on changing turbo kits later.

The ES1100 Package is our starting built engine package. It utilises the turbo kit found in the ES900GT and adds our built engine, Dodson Clutch, fuelling and intake upgrades. This setup is an immense street car setup. With switchable maps you are able to switch power from 900-1300bhp at the flick of a button.

The ESMotor-built 991.2 Turbo S in the first video made 1,629WHP (1,916BHP) and 1,174 lb-ft on the dyno. In July 2021, Carscoops reported dyno runs of 1,096, 1,133 and 1,209hp from our Gulf Blue 991 Turbo S.

991.2 Turbo S: what changes at each stage
Standard: 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat-six, VTG turbos580PS / 572bhp700Nm (750Nm overboost)0–100 km/h 2.9s
Bolt-on, standard turbos (ES650–ES750)
Exhaust, headers, intercoolers and intake let the standard turbos breathe. The ES750 adds methanol injection for more power and cooler charge temperatures.
Bigger turbos (ES800, ES900GT)
The ES800 keeps the VTG layout with ES hybrid turbos. The ES900GT swaps to Garrett GTX turbos. It makes similar power on the standard engine, but it's the right base if you plan a built engine later.
Built engines (ES1100, ES1500)
Forged pistons and rods, sleeves, head studs and ported heads (custom heads and cams on the ES1500) for 1,300–1,700+BHP, with ECU and TCU calibration.

991.2 Turbo S tuning: common questions
Is a tuned 991.2 still usable every day?
Yes. Our bolt-on packages keep the standard drivability, and the built-engine packages can run switchable maps so you can choose lower power for the road.
Should I choose the ES800 or the ES900GT?
Both make 1,000+BHP on the standard engine. Choose the ES900GT if you may want a built engine later, as it uses the same turbo kit as the ES1100.
What's the difference between the 991.1 and 991.2 Turbo S?
The 991.2 has more power as standard and different turbos, so the packages differ. See our 991.1 Turbo S packages.
Does the exhaust change the look?
No. The ES exhaust works with the standard tips and is available in stainless steel or titanium.
Can you collect my car?
